Stranded
Technical College Thesis Project — FECAP, 2016
Descriptions
Stranded was my first game development thesis, delivered at FECAP — and notably the first multiplayer project ever submitted in the course's history. I was responsible for all in-game animations, using Mixamo as a base rig for the human character, while hand-crafting original animations for the jaguar and boar models in Blender, built on top of 3D models created by a teammate. I was also responsible for rigging the animal models and weight painting.
Skills
- 3D animation in Blender
- Core animation principles (timing, weight, locomotion)
- Animation pipeline from Blender to Unreal Engine 4
